Using this specially crafted grain, we’re able to bear an incredibly flavorsome, moreish sourdough that reflects the character and moods of its region of origin. Understanding that flour is an expression of the climate and soil it was grown in, a handful of farmers from this renowned region changed the way they sell wheat to truly hero their incredible produce. Understanding that vast bread is grown from the ground up, their Katina grain is GM free, clean, green and lofty protein. By treating their wheat as food, rather than as a commodity, this group of farmers has brought themselves closer to their consumers and assisted us in producing the choice single origin sourdough possible. Being Che fled, we grasp our industry partner’s experience and that our food service customers need our products to assist them to be successful and profitable. At Brasserie Bread, we bake bread filled with nutrition and flavor, occupied with farmers from the best wheat growing regions in Australia. It’s urgent to us that bread eaters are getting the very best, so what better way to help our customers make better choices than to teach them what we know? These hand son baking workshops are currently held in Sydney and Melbourne bakeries and are designed to introduce industry leaders to the joy of baking artisan bread. Our Adult classes are competent for 18yrs participants with all levels of baking experience welcome. The Home Baker Workshop Get down to the basics of hand mixing, hand molding, shaping and baking pretty bread as healthy as gaining the knowledge and skills to bake beautiful bread at home. Baking with Brioche This workshop teaches participants how to make their own buttery rich brioche dough, and to use it in a variety of sweet savory artisan recipes.
